that’s interesting. Since they’re on drainpipes, maybe it’s also blessing the roof too so they don’t leak? I never thought angels.

It would be interesting to delve into this further–I can see the angel/protection angle but how long has it been a tradition? How did it begin and why in Valencia? Inquiring minds want to know, Margaret!
