The landscape near Minerve, and out in the midst of it wild daffodils, a mere eight centimetres high. Blurry photos? Windy day.

I thought of Devon first. And Dartmoor…. and my tiny garden. Every year, I buy many ‘tête-à-têtes’ in pots. Once they have done their blooming, they go into “tiny garden”. Magic

Tête à têtes are huge compared with these beauties. They were so miniature.

Love that village (hamlet?) in the wilderness, and the tiny daffs!

There’s something special about seeing wild versions of what we regard as cultivated flowers. These little daffs so sweet.

They were lovely. I imagine the frequent strong winds keep them tiny.

Lots of daffs and tulips 🌷 on the way to the airport. Almost sunny in Leeds 🌞. Safe travels, darlin 💗💗

Oh very lovely and really uplifting to see such bonny wild flowers brightening up the landscape. Methinks cultivars are brash in comparison with these diminutive beauties.

Yes, I’ll not forget the (full-size) wild daffodils we used to see in France. Lemon-pale, delicate and lovely.
