The goats in the header photo, as well as this fine fellow, live in Mudchutes Farm, London.
While Team Spain, in the form of my daughter and her family, are here I’ll be taking a blogging break, and it’s possible – sorry – that I may not even have time to read your posts.
Enjoy time with your family, much more important than blogging 😀 Best wishes.

I’m sure you’ll have fun hosting your family. Mudchutes, is that on the Isle of Dogs? Rings a faint bell.

Good to see Mudchutes farm is still going strong. I visited thirty five years ago, when I was working in Tower Hamlets and Docklands was a very different place. Wishing you all the energy you need to enjoy a houseful of family!

It is, actually. 2/3 of my children have Covid, together with their families, which isn’t so good, but at least the Spanish lot are OK, and here. Have a lovely Christmas too!

Oh no, so sorry to hear that your other children and their families have Covid. I do hope that their symptoms are not too severe and that they all recover soon. This Omicron is something else, but hopefully it will prove to be the case that it is less severe.
Keep safe as you celebrate Christmas together with the ‘Spanish lot’. With very best wishes.
