A less-than interesting photo of the main road near Skipton? Who cares? We were off to see my daughter and her family for the first time in about a year. For us it was the very brightest day of the year.

All the same, maybe this one’s more interesting…

At least you weren’t driving …. then again, you may have inverted the image. 😉

You’ll be relieved to have it confirmed that I wasn’t driving.

I quite like the clouds in the mirror, but more than that I like that you’ve been able to see family again. Hope you enjoyed every minute!

It was wonderful. Next up, Team London (not seen for eight months) and Team Barcelona (not seen for 15 months)

I so hope you day was filled with sunshine all around. I’m so happy you were able to see your daughter once again.
I adore taking photos from the car and showing parts of the car to tell the story. 😀

Indeed we are. I hope you’re managing to keep in touch with The Younger Generation and that things are OK with The Older Generation.

Woohoo! Exciting times. Hope we see some of our family before too long. Second jabs this week. And I am sitting in the hairdressers right now. 😊😊

The A59 is a lovely road for much of its route – certainly from Harrogate to Skipton. The journey is always part of the pleasure of the day.

I love those photos with the car mirror. Last one I took got photobombed by a hyena that creeped up behind the car when we were photographing a bird. Hilarious!
