Dunkirk (rain) to Dover (sun)

A rainy day sailing from Dunkirk had us hiding away from the open decks.

Not a great deal to see until the first sight of the White Cliffs of Dover.

Still a little rainy …

And then the rain stopped, and sunshine welcomed us back to life in a busy port … and England.

  1. What time? We were on the just-after-ten-in-the-morning. We’re you on a French holiday? Sorry I haven’t been following you lately. Down time in Spain and France has not been conducive to blog-following and I decided not even to try.

  2. Come rain or shine the White Cliffs are quite a sight. I like the addition of the raindrops on the porthole. Looks like you made the crossing at a good time and missed all the recent antics – you know the problems that are apparently nothing to do with Brexit. 🙄
