Monday portraits farming Seven French hens. Well, the header photo is of seven French hens. These three here have never got further than Yorkshire. Share this:EmailPrintPinterestWhatsAppSkypeTwitterLike this:Like Loading...
You certainly know how to capture their portraits, Margaret. Love those profiles and colourful plumes. LikeLiked by 1 person
Oh aren’t they lovely? I had a thought about keeping hens ( and possibly some little goats, if that wouldn’t be too much) but I’m not sure how they’d fare with the dog. I thought I could have four brown ones and name them after the Golden Girls. LikeLiked by 1 person
We were going to keep hens once. They were all to have names beginning with M – Mabel, Millicent, Martha … you get the idea. LikeLike
What splendid birds more than worthy of being showcased in your portraits of them! LikeLiked by 1 person
It looks fun in France! All those apples to play with.

I’d be keen on a few hens. But we chicken-sit for our neighbours instead.
