Are you bright-eyed and bushy-tailed today?
Bright as a button?
Come on, you know what this is.
Don’t you?

It’s still bright and early – you have all day to think about it.
It’s also Pink. So Jude can have a go too.

Pretty reflection in a car windscreen and bonnet, I can see other cars in the car park too. I try and avoid parking under trees, after leaving my car at the airport for 3 weeks and coming back to discover it covered in some horrid sticky residue! 😭

Aaagh. Nightmare. Our equivalent was the day that a murmuration of starlings occurred above the car. It was a pain cleaning the car, but I wouldn’t have missed the murmuration.

How cool is this, Margaret. It took me a minute to figure it out. I might not have if I hadn’t seen the seat inside. You have a very bright, clean car and windshield. I love the way the reflection is distorted.

It’s not ours actually! But still, thanks …

A shawl knitted or crocheted (is that how you spell it). It has a fringe. I think it is on the bonnet and is reflected in the car window. Or could be reverse.

That’s original! Cone back later and find out …

Looks like some sort of flowering cherry. Our Magnolia Soulangiana was pink but now it’s brown!

I know. Cold snaps are not ideal, are they?

Pretty blossom reflected in a car windscreen 🙂 Easy for me to guess as our streets are lined with parked cars and, at the moment at least, lots of trees in blossom 😀

And this is indeed a London street scene – Hither Green, where son and team live.

Blossoms that would like to be leaning out over clear water, gazing at their reflection, making the best of a man-made opportunity? A beautiful shot!

City streets are a poor substitute for clear water, certainly.

My first thought is a scene from the latest King Kong vs Godzilla movie. But I can’t figure out how blooms reflecting off a car windshield and car hood have to do with the movie.

I popped out into the freezing backyard to check the pear blossom this morning. It is almost coming out and if the daytime temperatures and sunshine encourage it further might have to cover in fleece overnight with these nuisance frosts, -4 last night. Just got to find the fleece!!
