Have lived in Liverpool several years due to work and love the city. Have followed parts of the Leeds-Liverpool Canal from west. On my to do list one day to follow the entire canal. 🙂

Do! It’s a fascinating walk, with both lovely, varied countryside and an involving industrial past.

ooh you are really playing with us here. Fantastic reflection on a canal that I would love to travel on – only ever seen the two ends!

One of these days I will convince MrB we should travel the whole way . . .such a great way to get across the Pennines!

Yes, I’d have liked to walk the full length too. Such a lazy woman, I am 🙂 🙂

Not lazy at all. It’s 204 km. That’s a bit longer than a Monday Walk.

Long way to Leeds, guess my parts from west until now will give about 50 as result. 😀

Lovely upside down reflection. The boats resemble floating sardine cans …

That way up! Makes that grey tub look quite beautiful – ‘reflection softening effect’, a technique you could patent!! 😁
