Season’s greetings to you all. I’ve tried to include a message to readers from every country where I have a follower: apologies if I’ve missed you out. Though as you all speak English, maybe I didn’t need to do this. You may not celebrate Christmas: but most f us seem to have an end-of-year festiviy of some kind
Thank you! Merry Christmas!

My Portuguese doesn’t extend much beyond ‘Obrigada’ so that will have to do! xx

That is a beautiful photo for Christmas, especially since I have not experienced much snow in my long life.
Have a lovely Christmas.

Snow used to be an annual event for us. But no longer. This shot was taken last New Year, and I doubt if it will be repeated in January 2026. Have a lovely Christmas, Tracy.

Well done you! Welsh is not at all easy to get the hang of, is it? I’m getting my knuckles rapped for not being inclusive enough – but Happy Christmas anyway!

Meur ras. You’re all putting me to shame! I’ll be thinking of you this Christmas Jude. Your family will be looking after you I’m sure, but It’s not the festival you were expecting. I hope you find moments of joy in among.

We all celebrate differently. But the joy and happiness we feel is probably the same. Love your picture. I haven’t seen snow for years and years. Happy just looking at pictures.

Our Christmas night is over – the young one are playing with the retro computer games (really awful stuff from around the year 2000), the old one has gone to bed and so I’m left to tap-tap-tapping on the PC. BTW: That’s one advantage German parents have over English parents: I could always sleep in on Christmas Day! Have a wonderful festive time!

Happy Christmas! I could add Scottish Gaelic to the list but, hang on, I’ll have to look it up.
I’m back! Nollaig Chridheil! Pronounced cree-yul which makes the connections clearer.
