What a coincidence! I just posted about nasturtiums too. Yours, however, much more impressive, Margaret. A nitty nasturtium nestling in a nook – I must show this photograph to the flowers in my garden. They might learn a trick!
We are so lucky in summer – less so in winter. Even on days like this, we sometimes have to wear cardigans etc. in the house, as our thick stone walls keep the temperature down. We even still have a normal weight duvet on the bed.
They do that, don’t they? Take root wherever they please. Happy Saturday, Margaret!

Your nasturtiums have nothing to learn. They’re doing just fine, as I have found out from your post.

There are too many animals who love nasturtiums for me to have any here. Even there devil may care attitude to where they exist doesn’t matter

I never knew that. Even though I love adding nasturtiums to a salad.

Gorgeous! H has a patch on his allotment but they’re orange. Yours is properly scarlet.

I do like scarlet best. But I love ’em all actually.

My nasturtiums are being shy this year. Only one orange one so far.

I often find they kick in quite late … then go bananas.

Could grow bananas in this heat. I’m totally flagging today.

It’s not even that hot here, but it feels hotter somehow. My house is like a oven.

These look wonderfully beautiful. My eyes keep playing tricks on me and I see the caption as nasty nasturtium (which of course they are not).
