It’s an annual festival, and this time, gegants from other towns were invited too. Why? Just because …. It was my first outing since I got here, with Olivia. I was very much at work before this. But happy to be so.

What fun they are! I should imagine hulking a fe gegant about is no easy job…they must be heavy and a challenge to your balance

They must be torture, especially as it’s very humid at the moment.. They have straps inside that make wearing them a lot like a rucksack. I don’t intend to find out more!

No. Think of it as mediaeval robes. A genuine 21st century person has got to squeeze in there somewhere to carry this tottering tower. Breeches need not apply.

I can see that now.There is another that looks like a friend of ours but his wife was deeply offended when I sent her a snapshot. I thought he (the gegant) was quite a handsome fellah too.
