No, it’s one of the ‘scarecrows’ that are often made as part of summer festivals round these parts. Though this particular one was a one-off.

That’s great… although the man on the bench probably has more about him than Cummings. I was in Redmire not too long ago, my grandson went camping with the Scouts and I dropped him off at the old railway station.
