We haven’t been there yet this year – rubbish weather. But the keen ones will be showing their heads. LikeLike
Great take on the prompt. “Rushes” is a word in my passive but not active vocabulary. And it makes a wonderful monochrome photo. LikeLiked by 1 person
A striking sense of the surreal here, Margaret. Something slightly disturbing among the rushes. LikeLiked by 1 person
Well, I was there on the day, and not disturbed, so I’m wondering what I missed … worried now! LikeLike
Margaret, this type of rush was the first thing I thought of, but didn’t have any shots easily found. I like it and the fact that in spite of all the rushing, the feeling is of unhurried peace. 🙂 janet LikeLiked by 1 person

Thanks. I don’t think you do passive much, Elke.

I like a bit of rest after a testing time with the railway network.

It’s a lovely place. A bit under the radar, but none the worse for that.

Which is why we like Kiplin Hall. Always slow-paced there.
